In many ways Ramonda's work experience has prepared her to start a private equity firm. Since her years in high school, she has had an affinity towards the financial services industry; with the last 17 years affording her the opportunity to nearly work in every facet of it. From banking and life insurance sales to commercial real estate brokerage, she has mastered a myriad of investment principles that equip her to lead our firm.

Ms. Fields is currently preparing to enter law school by January of 2019; we are excited for the
additional services our firm will be positioned to offer our clients following her graduation.
